My GRANDMOTHER was listening to THIS today in the dining room and my ears only pricked up when I heard the words, "sorry sorry BLAHBLAHBLAH 来到新加坡" and then I was "LIEK WHAT?!" and then "SISTIIIIIIICCCCC" and then "oh wait. no. ._."

Is it a crime not to swear?!

Everyone around me, everybody, EVERYBODY is swearing at the drop of a hat like it's no big deal... Hell, when did swearing become even remotely acceptable in the first place... Swear when the occasion calls for it, not whenever you're extremely happy/sad/retarded/surprised/insert-emotion-here because SOME PEOPLE REALLY DON'T WANT TO POLLUTE THEIR INNOCENT MINDS WITH FOUL LANGUAGE. Swearing's just as bad as doing drugs, seriously. SERIOUSLY. SERIOUSLY.

Yes, I'm sounding like an immature 11-year-old who likes to STAND BY THE BASIC MORALS OF THE HUMAN RACE. Considering that most people on LJ seem to be (well in my opinion at least) significantly more intelligent and mature than people on, I dunno, Blogger -- WHY DO THEY THINK THAT THAT GIVES THEM THE RIGHT TO DISREGARD BASIC COURTESY ETC. ETC. If you think swearing makes you sound cool/badass/blah blah blah more accepted in society go ahead and do it...
